About
My name is Steyn Hooijer. I started Hooijer Enterprise because I genuinely like helping founders get further. Not by handing them a plan but by building alongside them.
In total I spent eight years in sales, six of them in recruitment, where I helped companies build their teams and saw how much it matters when you genuinely move someone forward. In all those years I kept seeing the same thing with founders. They try to sell themselves, they talk more than they ask and there is often little structure. Not because they can't, but because sales takes time, energy and a consistency that is hard to hold while you are also running a company. That is where I come in. I bring the structure, I make sure things get done and followed up. On top of that, I keep the conversations going.
I treat your business as if it were my own. That means honest input even when it's uncomfortable and staying until it actually works.
